How do I make a complaint?
If you are unhappy with the level of service you have received, you can send a formal complaint via email or write to us directly at our head office: Land of Beds, 14-16 Church St, Cheshire, Frodsham, WA6 6QL.
What is your complaints procedure?
We are a member of the Furniture Ombudsman and take all complaints very seriously. Once we have confirmed receipt of your complaint and thoroughly investigated the matter, we will contact you directly, typically within 3-5 working days. Please note: if you feel your complaint has not been dealt with effectively, we recommend referring to the furniture ombudsman.
