Can I get a refund of the difference in price if I bought pre-sale?
We cannot refund a difference if the item you bought goes into the sale. Unfortunately, we are not able to retrospectively discount sale products.
How do I claim a 'free gift'?
If a 'free gift' was applied at the time of purchase, please follow the instructions in your confirmation email or contact our customer care team via email or 01928 242829 to arrange for it to be sent to you. Gifts are usually dispatched after 14 days of receiving your product.
Can I exchange a gift for monetary value?
Any gift given by Land of Beds cannot be exchanged for monetary value.
Do you have discount codes?
We do not have any discount codes as we aim to offer the lowest prices all year round.
