It's was awful quality, it wasn't fit for purpose and i had to get a refund. Which, as advertised isn't as easy as you say. It took weeks of calls and emails just to get you to grant a refund. I was sleeping on the sofa during that time as we couldn't afford another mattress until the money came through. My emma mattress that I purchased about 5 years ago is brilliant. No complaints with that.

I ordered this mattress on the size small double and it was £445 , and when the package arrived I was quite disappointed with the quality. Not quite firm as I was hoping . The corners all around are very loose. The return policy didn’t accept returns if the package is open which ai found quite odd despite the hygiene policy. If the package is not opened how I am supposed to check the quality. Overall not very happy.
